...of my daughter Crystal...
...she's in her senior year at San Francisco State ...Women's studies...lots on her plate...volunteering for many internships...one of which was to help the director of the Nicaraguan tv show ,Sexto Sentido,put together an English web site...the tv show is kind of a soap that is geared toward the youth with pertanant current social issues...like AIDS ,drugs,etc...she has been asked to go with the crew to Nicaragua to be a consultant during the filming of the season's shows...
...the program is funded by a group in the Netherlands called Oxfam Novib...they oversee three such programs ...one in South Africa called Soul City-Extreme community Makeover,and one in India called Breakthrough...this is a world changeing organisation of the first order...here are a couple of clips from Sexto Sentido and Breakthrough...

...the entire production for 6 seasons is the same amount of money as one episode of Friends...
